iLead w/Straine — Our Team Will Never Betray Your Trust

Published on March 19, 2015

Dante AlighieriDante Alighieri wrote the 14th century epic poem Inferno as an allegory telling of his journey through Hell, guided by the Roman poet Virgil.  In the poem, Hell is depicted as nine circles of suffering located within Earth.

The ninth and last circle is reserved for those that Dante believed committed the most serious of all sins, treachery. The traitors are distinguished from the “merely” fraudulent in that their acts involve betraying a special relationship of some kind, in order of seriousness: betrayal of family ties, betrayal of community ties, betrayal of guests and betrayal of liege lords.

In other words, according to Dante, betrayal of trust is a greater sin than murder.

You can count on Straine to be trustworthy in all its dealings with you.  The Straine Promise is based on the acronym ACT:  We are authentic, consistent and transparent.  Integrity is not a concept to be discussed, but rather action that demonstrates congruence in words and deeds, all the time, every time, not simply when it’s convenient.
