Burnett Facer graduated from Brigham Young University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and went on to receive his Masters Degree in Real Estate and Development Planning from the University of Southern California. For four Burnett held the title of Regional Sales Manager for the California region at East West Bank before joining Zion Bank as the Regional Director and Vice President.

Burnett’s determination to succeed earned him the Top Producer Award while at East West Bank. As he embarks on his new journey at Zion Bank he is grateful he’s able to service customers throughout California to the Oregon border as well as Nevada and Utah, “I truly enjoy the diverse people, weather, and opportunities that make my job unique. I appreciate that my career allows me to meet quality people whether they are a doctor, Henry Schein team member or part of the Straine Team.”

Burnett is not only career drive, but he’s also a loving husband to his wife of thirty five years Nita and proud father of five sons who have given him four daughter-in-laws and ten grandchildren, “My wife is the most beautiful woman in the world and my family is the best part of who I am. Everything I do is to provide for them.” Burnett says his idea of the perfect day would be spending time with his family at the beach and surfing with his sons.

Growing up Burnett enjoyed fun filled days with his parents in Florida, “We lived on a lake and everyday felt like paradise!” During this time his parents taught him to have compassion and to work hard. However he is the first to admit that at times he wishes he was more compassionate, “When I’m driving, it can be a challenging to have compassion for other drivers.” No matter the obstacle Burnett says he always remembers his family motto, “We can do hard things!”
