Paul-LettieriPaul Lettieri graduated from Rutgers University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Marketing.  Paul joined Henry Schein as a Field Sales Consultant in 2008 and Business Development Specialist for the Chicago, Illinois Center, “Every day was different as the Center is a diverse group consisting of both veterans and rookies.  I’ve been able to learn a lot from the relationships the Field Sales Consultants have developed with their customers.  Paul’s dedication to his career earned him the Henry Schein 2010 Corporate Brand Super Star Award and as an over-achiever in the dental industry, Paul says he is always looking for new ways to reinvent himself: “If you keep doing what you have always done, then you will always get what you have always gotten.” Paul is currently the Regional Manager for Baltimore/Washington Center.

Paul learned the importance of discipline and integrity from his parents, “I admire my mom for teaching me everything about life and I’m thankful for my father who taught me to work hard and to stay motivated.”  Friends and family have, and always will be, an important aspect of Paul’s life, “I grew up in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and one of my fondest childhood memories is going to the shore with my best friend Vincent.  I try to get back East as often as possible to visit my two beautiful sisters, Franny and Julia, my one-year old niece, Charlotte, and five-year old nephew, Dylan.”  This year was an especially memorable one for Paul as he fulfilled a long-time dream by convincing the love of his life to marry him on May 10, 2013 at The Drake in Chicago, a legendary hotel where Kelly and Paul made memories that will last forever.

Aside from spending quality time with family and friends, Paul enjoys riding motorcycles, playing ice hockey, boxing, working out and traveling, “If I could change one thing about myself it would be to slow down and smell the roses.  I’m always getting myself into something!”  Even though Paul would like to slow down at times, he has little tolerance for laziness and instead admires those with integrity and independence.

Paul has an unquenchable desire to expand his knowledge and is thankful for what he’s learned from industry leaders, especially Kerry Straine, “who has taught me so much about the dental industry as a whole.  Kam Gantos, Jeff Chatham and Dave Steck have also had a very positive impact on my career at Henry Schein.  I Love what I do as I continue to push further and further within my career. I truly have a passion for the dental industry!”
