BIO: By Invitation Only — Ralph Toll — Jupiter, FL

TollRaphael Toll, better known as Ralph, graduated in 1997 from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Social Studies Education and received his Master’s in 2009 from St. Thomas University. Since he began his career as a Field Sales Consultant at the Jupiter, Florida Center in 2011, Ralph has dedicated time to educating fellow Team Schein Members, “I enjoy spending one-on-one time with other Field Sales Consultants so I can give them tips on how to be successful in our territory.” One piece of advice Ralph gives colleagues is to learn to speak Spanish, “Our region has a high population of dentists from Latin America so learning the dental lingo in Spanish allows us to service our customers more efficiently.  Helping customers find solutions for their technology and equipment needs is the best part of the job!”

Ralph shares his knowledge of the dental industry by conducting seminars at the University of Florida and Nova Dental School, “Future dentists only learn about how to perform dentistry and I find it very rewarding to be able to teach them what Henry Schein has taught me about various marketing strategies. The students love to learn the different aspects of running a successful dental practice.”

Ralph is known for having a professional demeanor and respects others who do as well, “I gravitate toward people who are hardworking, genuine and not greedy.” Ralph admires hardworking individuals who are also family oriented, “I’m proud of my strong marriage to my wife Carrie and the happy family we’ve created.” During his free time Ralph enjoys going on road trips with Carrie and their five-year old daughter Allison and eleven-year old son Danny. Even though Ralph isn’t an avid sports fan, he loves to watch Danny’s Little League games, “I’m not a big sports fan, but have a great time attending sporting events. I love the crowd, food and the drinks!”

Family and work obligations occupy the majority of Ralph’s time and leave little opportunity for extracurricular activities, “I’d really like to be more physically fit, but there seems to be little time in the day to exercise.” Despite a busy schedule Ralph never forgets the important life lessons he learned from his parents, “My father taught me to love and respect your family and my mother says always aspire to be better.” Ralph says conducting Practice Analysis calls with Straine Consulting and his customers has added value, “The DPAT is a very valuable tool for customers because it allows them to recognize opportunities to grow their practice. My customers also see the value of partnering with Straine Consulting after they receive a complimentary DPAT review consultation with Kerry Straine. Knowledge is power and happiness comes from being successful in everything I do!”
