Which is more important … strategy or execution?

In 2002, in the aftermath of the dot-com bubble, Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, and 2011 CEO of the Year said, “I’d rather have a first-rate execution and second-rate strategy any time than a brilliant idea and mediocre management.”   In other words, it’s time to get your move on.
