The HOPE Award – Lindsey Lebon, Front Desk Office Administrator, North Park Family Dental

“Helping Others Perform Effectively”

Lindsey Lebon joined Dr. Robert Dame’s North Park Family Dental in 2004
as a part-time assistant, and in 2013 she was Lindsey Lebonpromoted to Front Desk Office Administrator, “I do my best to help patients feel welcomed and comfortable. My goal is to ensure our patients have a great experience and to think of coming to our practice in a positive light.” Lindsey says being well-organized is crucial to helping the practice run smoothly, “I have post-it notes everywhere and organized files that help me stay on track so nothing is missed.”

There’s a plaque at the practice that reminds Lindsey of the importance of taking pride in her work, it says, “Every job is a self-portrait of the person who did it. Autograph your work with excellence.”  As the first point of contact for every patient, Lindsey says it’s her responsibility to help make a lasting positive impression by providing excellent customer service, “I take nothing for granted and use every opportunity to wow every patient.” Straine Consultant Dan Stover says this is exactly why he nominated Lindsey for The HOPE Award, “Lindsey has excellent attention to detail and professionalism.  Dr. Dame and the entire team respect her ability to handle the front desk, insurance and scheduling.  She has transitioned into her position as Front Desk Office Administrator with ease and is truly an amazing student.”

Lindsey recognizes that she continues to evolve along with the practice, “We’ve added a full-time hygienist so we’re able to see more patients. It’s clear the patients are happy and there’s an overall upbeat, positive vibe in the practice.  Straine has helped us achieve this goal with the systems and support they’ve provided me and the entire North Park Family Dental Team!”
