“Helping Others Perform Effectively”

In 2012 Trisha Rondeau joined Dr. Robert Breault’s team in Cromwell, Connecticut as the schedule coordinator and in 2013 was promoted to office manager, “I’ve been in the dental industry since I was nineteen years old and from the start I’ve always had a passion for it. No words can describe how rewarding it is when you see a patient confident about their smile. I’m all about providing exceptional customer service, which in my opinion, is a dying art.  I’m also passionate about my education and will graduate from Charter Oak State College in March 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership.”

When asked who she admires most, Trisha responds, “My husband Gene of two years is truly a driving force behind my success and also Dr. Breault as his brain works differently than mine, he’s more data driven.  I respect his entrepreneurial approach and everything that drives him to succeed. I even feature him in my school papers because I’m constantly learning something from him.” Trisha is not only inspired by Dr. Breault but the entire team at Cromwell Dental, “I’m proud and honored to be part of this team.” Trisha believes what you put out in the world is what you get back and that positive attitude has shaped her entire life, “Create the self you want to be. Enthusiasm and positive reinforcement can have an amazing impact on people. In both my personal and professional life I want to get people excited!”

Straine Practice Development Coach Vera Powell says she nominated Trisha for The HOPE Award because she’s in alignment with Dr. Breault’s vision, mission and values, which enables her to effectively execute on his goals, “Trisha has completely embraced the Straine Management System™ and is one of the most passionate, energetic and optimistic managers I have ever had the pleasure to work with, exemplifying the concept of ‘engagement.’”  Trisha credits Vera and Consultant Kerry Straine for helping her learn how to overcome obstacles, “Vera has the ability to redirect and calm me while Kerry comes into the practice and energizes and excites everyone.” Since working with Straine Trisha says the practice has seen an increase in production and has exceeded many of its goals, “The systems and policies we’ve implemented are producing results. The partnership with Straine and Cromwell dental is unstoppable!”
